Refund Policy

Subscription Model

EasyPDF AI Kit operates on a recurring subscription basis. Upon sign-up you pay a 24-hour trial fee of €0.01. After the trial period ends, your subscription automatically renews at the recurring rate of the plan you chose: €14.99 every 7 days (Starter), €24.99 every 14 days (Plus), or €49.99 every 28 days (Pro), until you cancel.

All subscriptions are managed by Aura Digital B.V. (KvK: 53180712), De Entree 201, 1101 HG Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

Trial Period & Cancellation

To avoid being charged the recurring subscription fee for your chosen plan, you must cancel your subscription before the 24-hour trial period (€0.01) expires.

You can cancel at any time using either of these methods:

• From your account dashboard — navigate to Account Settings and select "Cancel Subscription", or visit the unsubscribe page.
• By emailing help@easypdfaikit.com with "Cancel Subscription" in the subject line, including your registered email address and account reference.

Upon cancellation, your access continues through the end of the current paid billing period (7, 14, or 28 days depending on your plan). No further charges will be made after cancellation.

EU Consumer Rights

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive), consumers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a contract for digital services within 14 days of entering into it, without giving any reason.

Important exception for digital services: Pursuant to Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply once you have started using the digital service, provided you acknowledged this at the time of purchase. By beginning to use EasyPDF AI Kit during or after the trial period, you acknowledge that performance of the contract has begun and you waive your right of withdrawal for that period.

If you have not used the service and wish to exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of sign-up, please contact us immediately at help@easypdfaikit.com with your name, registered email address, and order reference. We will process any eligible refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.

Refund Process

To request a refund, provide written notice to Aura Digital B.V. prior to the expiration of your eligibility period. Include the following in your message:

• Your full name
• The email address registered to your account
• Your order or subscription reference number
• The reason for your refund request

Eligible refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of our receiving your written notice. Refunds outside the eligibility window described above are at our discretion and subject to applicable law.
